  1. Employee Relations

    Drummer Finch & Williams offers a complete menu of employee relations products and advisory services.  Through our proprietary “HR Help Desk” we can provide “real time” advice and counsel on day-to-day HR issues; such as policy and procedure, including Employee Handbook preparation; employee discipline and “how to guidance” on responses to third party inquiries, such as, worker’s compensation matters, unemployment claims,  state and federal EEO complaints. Proactive EEO and OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) compliance and compliance audit management services are available. We also provide objective and independent workplace investigations conducted by licensed attorneys.

  2. Labor Relations

    Drummer Finch & Williams advises and trains management on collective bargaining negotiations, union avoidance strategy, Plan X development and execution, and emergent issues regarding workplace representation. Drummer Finch & Williams has experience assisting clients with WARN, NLRB, Taft-Hartley and right-to-work issues.

  3. HR & Regulatory Compliance & Audit

    In highly successful organizations, effective compliance and audit processes reside at the intersection of good human capital management and governmental regulation. For some governmental regulations, the HR compliance requirements are apparent. For example, with OFCCP, AAP, EEO-1, Vets 4212, Title 7, Title 9, FLSA, OSHA, ERISA and I-9 regulations, the reporting and audit responsibilities fall clearly within the HR domain. While other regulations, such as SOX, FAR, CAS where the Finance, Legal, Procurement or Supply-Chain functions may take the lead, there are still significant HR implications. Consequently, a business partner like DFW that brings a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, the enforcement environment and the inter-play between all corporate functions is imperative. We build organizational capability by designing compliance and audit processes that truly integrate all of the relevant parts of the business in our solutions.

    The three pillars of our talent management offerings are talent acquisition/recruitment, colleague/leader development, and selection and succession planning. While Drummer Finch & Williams is not an executive search firm, our focus is on implementation of highly effective strategic and tactical approaches to identifying, attracting and retaining stellar talent.

  7. Executive Coaching

    Our coaches are trained and certified in performance, leadership, business and life coaching.  Our primary executive coaching model is client-driven and with an acute focus on the individual and the integrity of the coaching relationship, yet flexible enough to accommodate input from a talent management perspective where our services are retained through corporate sponsorship. We uphold the highest ethical standards and confidentiality. Private client executive coaching independently allows an executive to engage in deep development, centering on both personal and professional growth. We also have extensive experience coaching individuals in the legal and medical professions, addressing issues ranging from managerial effectiveness, disruptive physicians, career transition and professional practice management and profitability.

  8. Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)

    Total compensation is the primary vehicle to attract and retain talent. Drummer Finch & Williams has experience with every aspect of pay policy and practice, including, salary administration, wage & hour (Fair Labor Standards Act), equity compensation, executive compensation and perquisites. Our philosophy is that traditional employee benefits an integral part of compensation, and we enable our clients to design, budget and communicate employee benefits as such.
